Unfortunately, if you have abandoned your house you can not get it back, but all of your items from the house will be put in an escrow account. You have two weeks for retrieving the items. Also, you will not regain any of the money that you paid for the house. The decorations aren't bound to the house owner, they're bound to the character who placed them into the house, so check all of your characters if you are missing any decoration item.
