Turbine announced server maintenance on 22nd March, for fixing an issue with Relic combining and critical results.
The LOTRO Game Servers are tentatively scheduled to be brought down on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 9:00AM Eastern (-4 GMT) to address an issue with Relic combining and critical results. This will be a server-side only change.
