Spider Den, North East of Himbar in East Angmar. This mob has 3 PHers - All are LURKERS (invisible spiders),
1. - Static - as listed ;loc (outside) - Lurker behind Iron-Crown tent,
2. Spawns @ 12.4N, 26.0W (inside) - Roamer - Spawns on the small ramp just west of the static Egg-Tender and very near the static Lurker at the bottom of the ramp. Paths west following the route the pathing Egg-Tender takes.
3. Spawns @ 12.3N, 26.7W (inside) - Roamer - Spawns exactly where the pathing Egg-Tender spawns and walks the same path as him.

2 PH's, both are Skittering Ruin-web. Spider Den, in Amon Rus west of Ost Guruth.
1. Spawns @ 31.7S 31.5W , - Static -On the top level on that outcropping of stone through the arch.
2. Spawns @ 31.0S, 31.4W - Static

2 Ph's, both PHs are Necromancers.
1. Spawns at 4.7N, 29.8W.- Static - Up the stairs from the Keeper of Books, by the 2 necros with the open graves that spawn fell spirits.
2. Spawns at 4.7N, 29.8W - Roamer - This spawn is near the Spirit Master, goes north up the stairs then follows the path east all the way to the Necromancer+Messenger spawn then back.

End of Donnvail, right below the Silent Judge.
His PH's are the roaming mobs that don't leave that circle.
Stationary in Donnvail just up from Uthagan (mob for the Beast chain quest).

In Minas Eriol (the area with Arnorian Rubble). Can spawn at any of the warg positions. 35.3S, 29.0W, 34.9S, 38.9W

1. Roamer - he was coming from the first monument and also seen in the pools that are east of the dread statue that you pass on the way to the first monument.

Taur Gonwaith, all the way down by the water's edge of Nen Harn. Seems to share the same spawn as Tarbam.
1. Static - Spawns @ 15.9S 42.4W
2. Roamer - Spawns @ 16.1S, 42.4W and roams down to the beach then turns and walks back up and through the Troll area infront of the cave.
3. Roamer - Spawns @ 15.7S, 42.1W paths to 16.0S, 41.9W and turns around

2 PH's for this mob:
1. Static - North trollshaws, South of Wovenwales. PH seems to be a static blight worm at ;loc.
2. Roaming PH just south of the static, which walks in big circle through a troll camp north of the static one.

Hrithur's Haven in Misty Mountains, has two Dourhand placeholders by the campfire and a one just to the south. Sometimes one of these PH's at Hrithur's Haven starts to roam south a little ways (not sure how far).

Huadh Iarchith (Barrows Rep Dungeon),in large open room in southern half of the map. A area dominated by wights, barghests & bats. Appears to respawn 6hrs after it dies.

Sarnur (Rep Dungeon) spawns either at the bottom, or loops around an ice pylon beyond the bridges on the intermediate level.

Tal Bruinen, Trollshaws, roams around the pond.

In the fenced hillmen camp near Burzum Pushdog cave. This is the camp the Book 6 quest is done in, she is near the Ghost.

2. Roamer - Spawns @ 2.6N, 39.5W - Roams South and East in and around the west pond
3. Roamer - Spawns @ 2.8N, 38.8W - Roams South and East around the east pond (with Tasgall)

This mob has 3 PH's: All three place holders can be any type of mobs that normaly spawn in the area, hillmen, angmarins, spiders, cave claws, wargs, krahjarns. I don't remember seeing dwarves or orcs however. Place holders include mobs in stealth (spiders and krahjarns at least), which makes it difficult to track at times. 1: Roaming PH spawns at the first banner on the right side of the road leading to Minas Caul. Takes the road west, up the curve, takes a turn left, heads back to his spawn from the other side of the rocks overlooking the road. 2: Static PH spawns nearby, in the area south of the road from the banners beyond the mobs guarding nodes, can be hard to spot as other mobs of random types spawn there also (as opposed to the mobs guarding nodes). Takes longer strolls as regular static mobs, which is about the only way to spot that PH (also means he can be found a little further from his spawn point than you might expect). 3: Roamer spawns at the farthest end of the miniature canyon west of that and loops in an oval on the hills between the road to Minas Caul and that to Minas Agar. His place holders that I have seen are: Gashan (52EM Toll - See below), Hillmen Death-Wind, Blade-Sworn (50 Signature) ,Foul Blade-Beak (50 Normal, wanders same path as Colnor) or Rift-Crawler Creeper (50S, wanders backwards from spawn to other spawn: 8.0N, 24.0W)

PH is a roaming Barrow-wight Archer

This mob has 3 spawns:
1 is static at listed ;loc
2 is at ;loc 3.6N, 37.2W - Roams east up the hill to the plateau where he circles it and returns
3 is at ;loc 2.7N, 37.1W - Roams NE along the road til he reaches the main road and from there will traverse the entire length of the road, back and forth, in western angmar (west of the swamp)

Imlad B. southwest Imlad Bach at the top of the stairs on the way to the third monument. Has also been seen just east of there walking alongside the green water.

Agamaur north of the undead area. Can be static in the first pool or roaming along the north wall.

Wandering back and forth on the road South West of Achathling's spider den in Himbar. Placeholder is possibly one of the two wandering trolls that patrol the road there. Noticed only one was up. Mob adds 4 dread and does all the usual things a Cargul does, including the nasty life drain fear debuff. Bring a friend!

Ram Duath, there are three placeholders for him. One spawns where the road turns east and walks north then heads up to the drake area. A second spawns further east and walks toward the orcs then turns around, pacing back and forth. The third is static up top of the hill south of the first spawn.

Southwest Malenhad. Placeholder is a turtle that wanders slowly east out of the pool directly to the north west of Salgaite. Also a static placeholder west of the bigger pool with lots more turtles (and a non related wandering turtle) to the east of that.

Stealthed. North-East of Gloin's camp and east of Cirith Imladris.
Static - Spawns at 24.2S, 2.4W.

Summons Spiders during fight. 2 PHers: Signature Iron-Crowns.
1. Static @ listed ;loc - (Has a wide local roaming area though)
2. Roamer - 8.8N, 26.0W - Paths in a 'Y' formation. Starts south along the road down to Imlad where it'll turn back north. Travels north beyond the road to a fork where it'll go NW to 9.9N, 27.0W. It will then head back SE and then NE up the other fork until it gets to 9.6N, 25.8W. It then returns to its spawn point.

2 Ph's, all seem to be Grim Ongburz
1. Roamer - Paths around the small ruins in the south end of Gurzlum
2. Roamer - Spawns @ 13.0S, 46.3W - Paths through the south gate turns north along wall back through gate north of the static spawn , heads south and up the western hill past the defiler.

Durharna spawns without any obvious pattern not far from Tarburz and independently from him.
1. Roamer - Since the spawn point is unknown, start on the west side at the point the river and lake join. He paths east to the tree near Tarburz loops around it and pathsd back across the river before turning south and heading to ;loc 23.0S, 41.9W where is turns west. At ;loc 23.0S, 41.9W he turns north towards the lake and then follows the edge back east to that start point.

Fields of Fornost, Glirost. Durphadir has a servant with him and calls adds during the battle. 2 PH's, both are Villainous Oath-breakers.
1. Static - Spawns 9.5S 59.3W
2. Roamer - Spawns 9.5S, 59.2W - Roams south of fort, on the road from Evendim.

Roams The Weaver's Den

Huadh Iarchith (Barrows Rep Dungeon). In a large room in the northern half of the area dominated by the wights & barghests, just on the fringe of where the fell spirits begin. Appears to respawn 6hrs after it dies.

Sarnur (Rep Dungeon) spawns at the bottom in the troll cave, either static down the ramps leading to the bottom level, or roaming on the intermediate level between and over the two bridges.

Tham Lorn in the western Fields of Fornost.

3 PHs for this guy all are a bog-lurker.
1. Static - Spawns at 33.5S, 7.8W. Just north of the entrance to the giant valley.
2. Roamer - Spawns at 33.9S, 7.8W - Roams the path that leads to the Giant Valley.
3. Roamer - Spawns at 33.3S, 8.4W - Third one spawns farther North, where the path to rivendell bends eastwards, and is roaming in a big circle through the whole plateau.

Nan Gurth. 3 Known PH's.
1. Static - Spawns at 6.9N, 23.9W.
2. Roamer - Spawns at 6.5N, 24.3W - Paths NW to 7.1N, 24.5W where he turns East to the static point and then SW to his spawn point.
3. Roamer - Spawns at 7.0N, 23.7W - Paths West along the road to the 3-way crossing where he turns and heads back East. At 6.5N, 23.7W he'll turn around and travel back the way he came.

Enterance to Grishbalt in Eastern Malenhad (camp where you turn in the egg for rampage), he tends to roam inside

PH unknown, most likely a Rauta-Lehma Warrior. Glangonn roams in a wide loop along the roads going through Fashat Laug.

Northern Emyn Uial - Just outside the entrance to the northernmost wolf/gauradan trails leading back towards the Gloaming Falls.

Old Forest

Sarnur (Rep Dungeon) spawns at the dead end left from entrance or roams the stairs overlooking the hallway.

There are 3 possible spawns these are: Ravine in Gorothlad, around the L (2.8N 22.8W) - pops above the circular depression SE of the main ravine in Gorothlad, heads west uphill a short distance, reverses east downhill, then finally reverses again in to the ravine. Second spawns at 3.5N, 22.0W and walks up the hill heading towards the ravine where the first spawn roams. The third is a static spawn in the valley at 3.0N, 22.2W. The PH is a Fire Worm and the respawn is 6 mins and will be random between any of these 3 points.

Tyl Ruinen

Roams Minas Eriol (Weavers Beneath the Ruins)

Dol Dinen, Hisuk. 2 PHers:
1 Static 15.7S, 37.4W
2. Roamer - Spawns 15.7S, 37.2W - paths north to the front gates of Hisuk then turns west to till it passes a orc camp with a fire (on right side of path). Goes up the hill then turns west ans follows the path until it splits, where it turns going down the hill and back east past the orc camp again (this time its on your left) and heads up the hill and turns east back to the spawn point.

Dol Dinen south of the binding stones

Nan Gurth. Same place on the path before you get to the elites to Sara Oakheart.

This mob has 2 spawn points (located)
1. Spawns ontop of Orod Laden. Possibly spawns elsewhere according to the rumour mill but not confirmed yet. Seems the placeholder is the left troll, right one can be any mob from the area. Also placeholder has a very random repop time.
2. Spawns in the Giant halls near 30.6S and 1.9E

Cirith Nur encampment in the northern bree-fields, He walks up the down the ramp that is past the brigand's cave for the borken alliance instance.

Borrow Downs Rep (Haudh Iarchath) - Roams the left tunnels

in Imlad B. Has 3 spawn points:
1 - North of lake at 6.5N 27.3W and crawls south on the ridge with the toombstones.
2 - On the left (ie west) side of a small rock at 6.4N 27.1W and crawls south longside the lake.
3 - On a "blackish" height @ 6.5N 27.0W and crawls north and then to the main road.

Giant Area, West of "The Lornstone". There are 2 possible Ph's for this mob. One is West past the table, you should see a roaming Snowy Mammoth by himself and will not aggro you. The 2nd is a static mob. When you kill the first PH, go SE, the very first Mammoth you see is the 2nd PH. This one is Static.

Sarnur (Rep Dungeon) main hall, roams downstairs in the Troll area. Can be static in the middle of the lake, on the right side (from the stairs) or roaming on the side.

Echad Sul, hill north of Weathertop

First place i met him was the first possible left hand turn you can make in Sarnur - down the short narrow passage to the left side stair area.
The second was on the stairs down to the Troll area (down through the cave corridor on the right side of the main hall area).

Placeholders are most likely the toads that spawn at about the same loc and also roam.

Ram Duath entrance south of Lehm?-Koti (this is the eartkin camp where you get a lot of level 40-43 quests, just south of aughiare)

Dol Dinen, he has 2 PH's, both Ongburz Slicers and they pop practically right next to each other on the flat plain to the west of the main road into Dol Dinen (between the second outer camp with a mixture of orcs and goblins and the trench that Dombri wanders around in). One placeholder walks south towards the trench. The other walks north through the goblin camps.

This mob seems to have no real ph's. Killing mobs in the area can spawn him at one of the following 4 location.

2. Roamer - Spanws @ 29.2S, 7.9E
3. Static - Spanws @ 27.6S, 6.4E
4. Static - Spanws @ 28.1S, 6.1E

Walks around Mor Maudhul, seems to follow the path through the camp. Unsure on PH, probably one of the wandering War Captains

1. Roamer - Spawns at 15.7S, 36.6W - Paths west through the front section of Hisuk to the far western side, enters the gate then exits norht out the next gate following the fence on the north side back to the north eastern gate, heads up wooden ramp and ptahs to Timut and back down.
2. Static - Spawns at 16.1S, 36.7WS
3. Roamer - Spawns at 15.7S, 37.2W - Paths north to the front gates then turns west to till it passes a orc camp with a fire (on right side of path). Goes up the hill then turns west ans follows the path until it splits, where it turns going down the hill and back east past the orc camp again (this time its on your left) and heads up the hill and turns east back to the spawn point.

East of Esteldin on the road south into Dol Dinen

The area is The Sand-mounds and it has two types of neeker-breeker: the huge sand-norbog summons allies during a fight, the burrowing sand-norbog doesn't. Rattleclaw doesn't, so I guess that the PH(s) are the burrowing type, rather than the huge type. Rattleclaw himself paths from the co-ord I've given (which is pretty much directly on the map flag for The Sand-mounds) to the North. I'm not sure if that co-ord is his spawn point, though I suspect so as he stops there.

Writhenbores (worm cave) he respawn in two places.Can spawn inside and outside.

He spawned in the Brandywood not far North East of Girdley Island.

This mob has 3 ph's in Gorothlad:
1 is static @ listed ;loc
2 is @ ;loc 1.2N, 24.7W - Roams west almost to the swamp where he turns north to the wall, and then east back towards his spawn point.
3 is @ ;loc 0.7N, 25.2W - Roams SE down from on top of the hill to the bottom of the hill where he turns NE and roams up the hill where he turns NW and paths all the way to the static's location and then turns SW to his spawn point and repeats.

Spawns in the Goblin camp of Tum Fuin. PH is a Ravenous Twilight-Howler that roams up the hill and back through the camp. There is another named Warg which spawns slightly to the west of Sagrurz's spawn point and is NOT a PH so ignore it.

Spawns in Den near Weatherway bridge, can also spawn in valley west of the bridge.

Found in the Arena in Maethad

PH seems to be one of the orc Pillagers that spawninside the camp and then roam near :loc

Naerost. Wandering guards are ph's. Spawns on top level and middle-level (at least).

Meluinen south of the Orc camp at Merenost

Under the Th in Maethad. This mob has 2 PH's. One is in the Drake, East of the Fane of Seven Sentinels. Look for a Drake that walks around the area. The other is just north of the drake area. If your up top at the first spawn point, and run north, you will fall down to 1 drake that roams around. This is the 2nd PH. If he spawns up top, he will walk the same area as his place holder. If he spawns down bellow, he will walk farther north, then circle around.

At the mouth of the worm/crawler spawn area, wanders further south and west of that spot. Cirith Ulunn, Tal Bruinen.

Far Chetwood

20.4S 2.3W amd 20.7S, 2.0W. In the open field South of Helegrod. Both PH's walk a path than brings them down the middle the south to a small rock at the bottom of the area then stops.(21.4S, 2.5W)

Western edge of the forest north of Thorenhad, placeholder is a roaming Blighted Mountain-bear.

Spawns in Agamaur

This mob has been spotted in several places, the spawn cycle.
1. Just before the outpost in high passwhere u turn when your coming up too the camp he sits stactiic with another warg in that corner.
2. On the hill past the outpost and roams the treeline on the right for 100 yards.
3. On the opposite side he will roam 50 yards norht then 50 yards back.
4. Stationary behind a rock just north of the outpost facing north.
5. Along the path roams the stone bridge bit.
6. In the pass where u have the invisible wargs sharthkir is it.
7. Cannot comfirm but was told he was walking and killed by the goblin oil pots.

Some way after bridge into Carn Dum.

This mob has 3 known spawns;
Static spawn at 0.1N, 31.1W and a roaming which spawns at 0.0S, 30.9W and a 2nd roamer that spawns at the ;loc listed.
All are a little above the first "a" in "Malenhad" on the map, between the two pools, the southern one has a flag in it.
The roaming mob (listed in ;loc column) paths west around the north pool, past the small crater like hill then turns west and travels towards the goblins to the north. He then turns and walks back to the center of the crater, where he turns and walks around the small pool to the west before heading west along the road. Then after a short walk he turns south into the large pool with the turtles and circles around the east side of the center hill to the southern side before walking south out of the pool. Once out he follow the edge opf the pool west and north and paths back to the spawn point.

Taur Gonwaith, all the way down by the water's edge of Nen Harn. Seems to share the same spawn as Bartas.

Roams around Haud Eglan in the Annudir area of North Downs.

Like the other High Pass mobs this guy has been found in various areas. If you happen across a blizzard then you've found this mob. This is a sign it is close by. 1. 23.1S, 6.7E, also 21.3 S 4.0E

2 PH's, both are crazed stonehold.
1. Static - Spawns at 12.8S,49.6W 2. Roamer - wanders out of the southern stonehold goblin camp and paths a clockwise loop around the wall of the camp.
3. Roamer - Spawns at 12.7S, 49.7W - wanders out of the southern stonehold goblin camp and paths to the northern camp and out the gate in the north east corner (11.6S, 49.5W) then heads south.

Trap Door ruins at the north end of the Wovenvales

3 Spawns found for this guy.
1. Static - listed ;loc
2. Static - 2N, 34.4W - Ushtum will be stealthed if he spawns here, PHers will be visible.
3. Roamer - 0.4N, 34.1W - Paths all the way south to the south wall near the Hunter Camp before roaming all the way back.

Minas Agor

3 PH's spawns near the Giant Needle.
1. Static - Spawns at 30.5S, 3.8E
2. Roamer - Spawns at 30.1S, 3.7E - Roams north around a rock and back south through the center of the needle pit, where it turns east and walks north along the eastern rim of hole and back around the rock.(Note:There is anoher roaming giant that also walks this path but is not the PH, check of the others first).
3. Roamer - Spawns at 30.4S, 3.8E - Roams north out of the needle pit and paths into the giant area at ramp near ;loc (29.9S, 4.0E). Turns south and comes back out at ramp near ;loc (31.2S, 4.1E) then walks back to the south ramp into the needle pit to its sp-awn point.

Forlorn Glade, south of Tom Bombadil's house

2 PH's - one static and spawns at listed ;loc. The 2nd patrols the High Moor, Right under the 2 O's in the Moor on your map. The roaming mob can sometimes is Stealthed, and his ph sometimes is too.
